Workshop Machining Services
Diesel engine parts removed from the vessel and brought to our Tuzla workshop are measured, and worn surfaces are brought back to serviceable dimensions by grinding, honing and machining.
When the part is already removed, or the job cannot be done in place, the work is carried out in the workshop. Every part is measured before machining.

Process Steps
When It Is Needed
- When the part is already removed and in-situ work is not required
- When cylinder head sealing faces and valve seats are worn
- When bearing housings are out of size
- When a removed liner needs honing
Scope and Limits
- We do not sell spare parts or engines and do not overhaul turbochargers.
- We do not try to salvage an out-of-limit part by machining; we report the condition and leave the decision to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which parts do you machine?
Crankshafts, cylinder heads, pistons, liners, connecting rods and bearing housings.
What happens before a part is machined?
The part is cleaned, measured and crack-checked. Anything out of limits is reported before machining starts.
