• Contact form: first name, last name, e-mail address, subject and content of your message.
• Quote form: full name and phone; optionally company name, e-mail address, vessel name / IMO number, engine make and model, type of work, port / location, preferred date, job description and the file you attach (measurement report, photos). If the file or the description contains data about another person (for example someone's image or name), that data is processed too; please do not include such information unless the job requires it.
• Request source: when you submit a form, the channel through which you reached the site (e.g. an ad, a search engine, a referring site) is recorded with your request; this is kept temporarily in that browser tab rather than in a cookie, and consists only of the domain name of the referring site, advertising campaign tags and the path of the first page opened.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail: your phone number, e-mail address, name and the content of the call or correspondence.
• Security data: the IP address of the device submitting a form (held temporarily in server memory to prevent abuse of the forms, never written to the database) and technical records in our hosting provider's system logs such as IP address, browser information and request time.
• Analytics data, only if you allow cookies: Google Analytics cookie identifier, pages visited, events such as clicks on the phone and WhatsApp links and form submissions, device and browser information, approximate location derived from the IP address. See the Cookie Policy for details.

• Responding to your quote and information requests, preparing quotes, planning the job and the crew.
• Concluding and performing a contract if your request turns into a job.
• Confirming by e-mail that we received your request.
• Following up requests and keeping a record of them.
• Keeping the site and the forms secure and preventing unwanted and malicious submissions.
• Meeting our legal obligations, responding to requests from competent authorities and protecting our rights in possible disputes.
• Only with your permission: measuring how the site is used and evaluating the results of our ads.

• Your quote and contact requests: processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c), and our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f), namely answering general questions and keeping a record of requests.
• Security data: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• Retention and disclosure to competent authorities: necessary for compliance with our legal obligations as data controller (Art. 5/2-ç) and for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e).
• Analytics and ad measurement cookies: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Not giving consent does not affect your use of the site, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly or fully by automated means, through the information you enter in the contact and quote forms, through phone, WhatsApp and e-mail correspondence, and, if you allow it, through cookies.

Your personal data is transferred only to the following parties and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): servers hosting the site and processing the forms.
• Supabase Inc. (USA): database and file storage holding quote and contact requests and their attachments.
• Google (Google LLC and its affiliates): the e-mail infrastructure through which form notifications are sent and where our company mailbox is hosted; Google Analytics if you allow it; the embedded Google Map on the contact page.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is carried and stored on WhatsApp's infrastructure.
• Competent public authorities: where required by law, limited to the information requested.

The servers and headquarters of the providers above are outside Türkiye. The information you enter in the forms, your e-mails and, if you allow it, analytics data are therefore transferred abroad. The site's server functions are configured to run in the Frankfurt (Germany) region; database, e-mail and Google Analytics data may be held on the providers' servers abroad, including in the European Union and the USA.

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by the applicable legislation. If your request turns into a job, the related correspondence and documents may be kept for the ten-year period that Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code sets for commercial books and documents.

When the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Google Analytics data is kept only for the period set in the retention setting of our Google Analytics account; cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, you can send us your application in writing, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

The application must include your name and surname, your signature if in writing, your Turkish ID number (for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number if any), your address for notifications, your e-mail address if any, your phone number and the subject of your request.

We will conclude your application as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge; if the action involves an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the KVKK.
